Is there a black water tank indicator on a C&C 99 somewhere? I can find the fuel tank indicator and the fresh water tank indicator, but not for black water. Many thanks!

I am planning to mount a spinnaker halyard cleat to my Novis carbon mast (2004). I am wondering how to do this properly. The Novis manual says not to drill holes in mast without consulting the factory.
